Cozy 1bd Oceanfront balcony view and golf cart

The place was really nice and had a great view. It was perfect that we had a golf cart so that we were able to go into town. The only thing that we didn’t know about or I did not read carefully is that there is 82 steps to the condo.

Absolutely stunning. Could not ask for a better place to stay on an island. The golf cart makes it extra special. The bed is very comfortable too. Nice and clean! Lots of stairs be prepared. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a really lovely getaway at Nancy’s. It was in a stunning location, and not too far to the pool/hot tub/ gym. The check in instructions were good - could have been extra helpful to add a few photos to the instructions as the taxi driver had no idea which building was which, and we went up and down a couple of sets of stairs until we found the correct numbers. It was really helpful to have them drop us at the top of the stairs though - thank you for the tip! The ants were relentless - they found their way inside of packaged containers, so we wound up keeping most of our food in the fridge, which worked out just fine, but definitely something to keep in mind. It was so much fun to have a golf cart to zip around in also, a huge plus! Thanks!

Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! We had an amazing two days here while visiting Catalina for our first time & for work and we wish we could have stayed longer. The views were absolutely beautiful and made the whole stay feel so magical—it still felt like a vacation even though we were there for work. 🥹🌊 We loved that the property was within walking distance of the private beach, and the golf cart was such a great plus (and really was so helpful for getting around the island!). We were trying to fit so much into such a short trip, but this was such a lovely place to come back to at the end of the day. Communication was also wonderful from start to finish, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. We truly loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Catalina! 🤍

It was beautiful. The views were breathtaking. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Finding the unit was a bit troublesome because the entrance at the top of the building did not have a clear unit #. It was a bit of a hunt. But once we found it, it was a very relaxing weekend.

What a beautiful experience. Hamilton Cove is a special place. Nancy’s place phenomenal. No ac (fans only) during very hot days 90+ are a bit rough. But it forced us to enjoy the water more. Yes, lots of stairs but always a good thing to incorporate in a healthy lifestyle, even on vacation.
