Hamilton Cove Oceanfront view 2bd with golf cart

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, peaceful, and had a beautiful unobstructed view. The back patio was so comfortable that we actually slept outside a couple of nights! The kitchen was well stocked, bedding and towels were clean, and having the golf cart was absolutely worth it. One thing to note: the listing is a little misleading regarding pickleball. There are two nice tennis courts, but no pickleball court. Pickleball is about an 11-minute drive to the country club and is free if you bring your own paddles and balls. Our only downside was that the property was still being cleaned when we arrived and wasn’t ready for a couple of hours. We received an apology, but no accommodation for the inconvenience. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Hamilton Cove is a beautiful property, as close to the Mediterranean as one can get stateside. Having the golf cart was a bonus and it was very fun driving down to town. Host is very attentive, responds quickly and was able to accommodate our check-in earlier than we expected. Beautiful property with spectacular, unmatched views of the water. One can spend the evening enjoying a glass of wine and watching the marine fauna swim by. Must stay for Catalina.

The condo had a spectacular view of the bay, and the sound of the waves crashing along the shore created such a peaceful and relaxing setting. The property offered plenty of activities; however, we spent much of our time exploring Avalon and enjoying excursions, which made having a golf cart a huge convenience. It was wonderful to have such easy access to everything while still being able to return to the condo and enjoy the beautiful, relaxing surroundings

My family and I spent 3 nights in this apartment with its wonderful view! The space is great for up to 4 people, and we enjoyed wine on the balcony in complete peace—no noise from neighbors in late August. Cleanliness was OK, but the cleaning company should address dusty blinds, mold in the master shower, and a stained toilet in that bathroom. The golf cart fits plenty of beach gear and worked well, though very slow uphill (raising the speed limiter would help!). Adding games like cards, Uno, Jenga, or tennis rackets/volleyballs like other units have would be great. The float and beach umbrella were super useful on the private beach—thank you! Overall, a very relaxing stay, and we’ll definitely be back.

The ocean view is amazing from this condo. I love the sounds of the ocean and waves. It’s a great location and the condo is extremely comfortable for our family of 4. We enjoyed eating and hanging out on the balcony.
