Oceanfront view, plus corner patio and golf cart

Amazing stay & location! Will definitely be returning.

Hi Nancy, Thank you for hosting us! Your place has spectacular ocean views, and we loved hearing the waves and enjoying the ocean breeze with the doors open. The complex amenities—like the gate, putting course, tennis court, and volleyball—were great, and having access to the golf cart was very helpful. While the unit itself is a bit dated and could benefit from some maintenance (a few windows, blinds, appliances, and fixtures weren't working properly), we had a wonderful and comfortable stay overall.

This is a very nice and clean place with beautiful views. The golf cart allows you to be mobile and roam the town of Avalon without the need for a taxi or shuttle. That, to me, is very important in making our stay more enjoyable.

Nancy was responsive to all my questions, had clear instructions, and the home was comfortable. The golf cart was useful and did the job, but steering can be challenging at times. It would be great if the golf cart can be upgraded. Overall, my family had a fun time in Catalina Island!

Sad to leave, would be happy to return.
